USI forgot that my order was arriving so the package was left outside my door for 16 hours, but with the high quality packaging everything was still frozen. Cooked my elk with, rosemary, onions, mushrooms, and jalapeños and it was delicious! Being frozen, they seemed small but they grew in size as I cooked it. Will definitely continue to order in the future.

USI ordered the elk medallions. They arrived quickly and still frozen. The flavor reminds me of a filet with a little hint of venison. They were amazing and I will 100% be purchasing more in the future.
