USI asked my wife to make her famous meatloaf, but this time using First Light’s Wagyu Ground Beef, instead of the regular grass fed Ground Beef we’re used to, and OMG!! We are never using regular grass fed Ground Beef again. The Wagyu was next level flavorful and delicious. Each bite literally melted in our mouths. We didn’t realize that simple Ground Beef could taste so darn good. It was rich, buttery and sweet. What?! Ground Beef?! Phenomenal! I can’t wait to use the rest on my famous chili. Needless to say, we’ll be keeping First Light’s Wagyu Ground Beef stocked in our freezer. Yummy!!! 😋
USLoved this meat! Wagyu ground beef is perfect for smashburgers. The steak was great as well. Wish there was tutorials to nail cooking wagyu steaks as it’s a bit different.
