USFound the brand First Light Farm in Whole Foods in NYC! Ordered the Venison Bone in Shank online! The package had the blankets to keep it cool and delivered on time was very professional! Steamed it for 35 minutes in Instant Pot to make salads! Obviously very delicious and healthy! My friend liked it very much! We decide to try more products! Looking forward to orderng the elk etc to celebrate a brand new life experience!
USI made these in a slow cooker with a bunch of veggies. The meat just falls off the bone and creates a delicious gravy at the same time.
We ship Monday – Wednesday, and limited orders on Thursdays. Please note, if you place an order Thursday – Sunday, it will ship the following week. Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 2 days.
