USThis was my 3rd order from First Light Farms, and I've been very pleased with the quality and taste of the beef. It has beautiful marbling, which gives great flavor. I've found the ordering process to be easy, and the turnaround time from order to shipping is first rate. The beef arrives still frozen, so there's no risk of spoilage.
