USI was a bit concerned when I read cherry powder as part of the Corned Brisket rub but I trusted the rub and proceeded with my 60 hour sous vide. It came out amazing after finishing on the smoker. I hope this becomes a regular staple and not just s seasonal offering. My only complaint is that the fat layer on all the briskets I have purchased are just too thick and this brisket was no exception. I understand it is part of the cut and you can’t determine the thickness until you get to the brisket itself. But I’ll still gladly purchase this again.

USEvery year my friends wait for St. *****'s day with anticipation so they can eat my famous corned beef. I was ecstatic when I discovered First Light Farms because they offer a PASTURED GRASS-FED corned beef at a great price. This is a big deal for me, because I don't want to consume factory farmed beef from the grocery store. I was very pleased with this brisket and I will definitely be ordering more next year!
