USI had never heard of flat iron steaks. So when I read that they were tender like filet mignon, I was intrigued. And they turned out to be extremely tender. Best steaks I've ever had. I will be ordering them again.

USThe flatiron steak was tremendous - tender, well-marbled and delicious.
USFor the price - the flat iron steaks are tender and delicious as a standalone or in recipes. IMO just as tender and more tasty than a filet.
We ship Monday – Wednesday, and limited orders on Thursdays. Please note, if you place an order Thursday – Sunday, it will ship the following week. Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 2 days.
