USI've tried several items from your general store and I've loved everything I tried. I cannot wait to put my next order in. Burgers were juicy, steaks were perfectly marbled. The color of your meat is phenomenal, not anything like the meat in the store. Definitely recommend.
USI was disappointed with my strip steak steaks,found them chewy. They were kind enough to send me additional steaks to replace them but haven’t tried them as of yet. Was told that these r grass fed wagyu not regular wagyu which I thought. Overall I will order another choice in future.
USI was specifically searching for Wagyu that was completely antibiotic free, hormone free and humane. First light was the only farm I found and I loved the flavor of the steak. So happy I found this farm!
We ship Monday – Wednesday, and limited orders on Thursdays. Please note, if you place an order Thursday – Sunday, it will ship the following week. Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 2 days.
