USThough I wish these were packaged separately so I could thaw and cook them separately, the flavor and tenderness were terrific. Granted, I added butter and various spices when I cooked them and cooked them at 250 degrees F for about 10 hours, they fell apart when done, melting in my mouth. The flavor of this cut is outstanding, almost addictive.

USI absolutely love this beef. Honestly, compared to Grocery store prices, this is just few bucks more but the quality doesn't even compare. Even if I could find tri-tip locally, I'd still order this. It truly can't be beat. P. S. I ordered the steak box for my neighbors for Christmas. I hope they fall in love as well.
