USTomorrow am going to make burgers with ELK that is mixed with a spicy sausage. Don’t eat beef burgers which is great because my burgers are better. Thanks Irene
USFantastic experience, my wife makes an Elk chili that is to die for. The Elk holds up to the cooking process and does NOT turn into mush like ground beef and bison. The taste and texture of this Elk is superior to other Elk we've purchased. The price point is very reasonable. I recommend First Light Farms and look forward to trying their other products.
