USThese ribs are nothing short of amazing. I smoked them for 2 1/2 hours in my ninja Woodfire oven. Salt and pepper rub. As always the quality of the meat from FL is over the top!

USBraised those ribs in a wine sauce and everyone said it was the best meal they’ve had in their life. Super tender and flavorful. Make sure you cook them a day ahead and let them rest overnight. Reheat following day and finish sauce. Simply amazing!
