Classic Membership: Shipments average between 4-5 pounds, depending on the cut of meat. A different cut is received each month and will include: tenderloin, ribeye, NY strip, and our test kitchen favorites, picanha, flat iron and short ribs.
Steakhouse Membership: Shipments average 4.5 pounds per month. A different cut is received each month and only includes tenderloin, ribeye, and NY strip.
Gift memberships start on the 1st day of the following month after purchase. We’ll email you (the purchaser) a unique link to send to your gift recipient when the time is right.
