USJust started taking these supplements. We’re not big on eating ***** meats but thanks to FL supplements for providing the nutrients in a way my family can consume & using more of the whole cow for which we’re gracious to give its life for our nourishment.
USMy body hasn’t had any issue digesting these and so far I continue to feel healthy and strong. I began with 1/2 of the suggested 6 capsules to start then worked my way up every few days to reach 6. 18 capsules takes a minute or two to finish. However, I usually do it during a part of the day where I have the time to focus on swallowing capsules.
USI have been taking the Beef ***** Complex for about a month now and it is a great quality source of Vitamin A. I highly recommend.
