USThe package arrived perfectly frozen and as predicted. Not sure how to tell specifically but didn’t seem exceptionally marbled to me. Tender and tasty for sure.

We ship Monday – Wednesday, and limited orders on Thursdays. Please note, if you place an order Thursday – Sunday, it will ship the following week. Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 2 days.
